CrossFit
“Constantly Varied, Functional Movement, performed at High Intensity. Every class, we will take you through a combination of a group warm up, strength/skill work, and Metcon (Metabolic Conditioning workout). Learn new skills and have a fun workout in a small group environment!
Weightlifting Team Training
Team training is designed for those looking to get stronger and improve in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. We compete in local weightlifting competitions, as well as National and International competitions for those that qualify.
Barbell Club Class
Want to take some time to learn and break down the Olympic Lifts? This class is offered once a week for those who want to focus on skill development for the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, but are not interested in Team Training. Also a great add on for CrossFit!
Endure
60 Minutes of straight movement! we do Bodybuilding and cardio using Dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio machines and various bodyweight movements. endure is a High energy, high intensity workout with a focus on building endurance and strength over time. Have fun and leave sweaty! (No Roots needed)
