Kevin Knight is a CrossFit Level 2 Certified Trainer. He is also certified by the American Council of Exercise and is a Peer Fitness Trainer in the City of Richmond’s Fire Department.
Brandon Brickner is CrossFit Level 2 certified and has been around the sport since 2011. He has always been passionate about fitness and also comes from an athletic background of soccer and wrestling. However, out of all his years of playing sports, Brandon says CrossFit has been the most beneficial thing for him. “CrossFit Midlo has made me into the best athlete I’ve ever been and has helped me become a better person overall.
Since elementary school, Vee has always been into physical fitness. For most of her childhood, she did gymnastics and played field hockey for her schools’ team. As she became older, she always knew she wanted to incorporate fitness and nutrition into her everyday life and career. “I feel very fortunate to have found the sport of CrossFit and the community of CrossFit Midlo, for they both have changed my life in so many positive ways!”
Kathy Hairfield is a certified CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Kids instructor. She comes from an athletic background and tried the big box gym scene as an adult but could never quite embrace it. Kathy started CrossFit in 2010 in Kevin’s garage and was hooked after the very first work out. “I have a pretty significant back injury and never, in a million years, thought I would be able to do the things I’m doing now.
