CrossFit training specified for sports performance. We focus on Strength, Speed, Agility, and Conditioning for the “Power Athlete”. Directly applicable to a number of sports. Athletes competing in Soccer, Football, Basketball, Wrestling, MMA, Softball and Swimming have benefited immensely from our programming and instruction. Athletes will learn and practice proper mechanics for lifts including Back Squat, Deadlift, Push Press, and Power Clean, as well as various body-weight exercises, accessory movements, drills, skills, and sprinting technique. We have a special focus on core-stability and developing the default “athletic position”. Both increase performance and decrease the likelihood of injury.
