Getting started with CrossFit Midlo is simple. Follow these 3 steps:

Step 1. Read and Watch:

Check out our website. Be sure not to miss What is CrossFit, What to Expect, and FAQ. Also, read some testimonials and look at our great photos and videos. Check us out on Facebook and get a feeling for what the community is like.

Step 2. Schedule your free, one hour, intro session.

This is a one-on-one session with a certified CrossFit Midlo coach. In this session we will:

Learn about you

Tell you about us

Take you through a scaled warm-up.

Go over some of our foundational movements.

Run you through a workout under our direct supervision.

By the end of this hour you will have a taste for what CrossFit Midlo is like. We will have evaluated your strength, the level of skill-based training you will need, and gained a picture your baseline level of fitness.

Call us or contact us to set up your appointment. You will need to be “fueled” (to have eaten and hydrated well) leading up to your appointment time. Come 10 minutes early to fill out some paperwork.

Step 3. Decide with our trainers which Roots options is best for you:

Step 4. Join our group classes:

Once you graduate from your Roots classes you can move right into our group classes. Check out any of any our Programs and get started today!
